poolside villas great food cocktail value fantastic beach
fifteen of us stayed here for a wedding the rooms were superb regardless of location the poolside villas really pleased the kids the food and cocktails were great you won't find better value along the beach the beach location is fantastic

my room, a beautiful double room with balcony, had two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. the air conditioning worked perfectly! i watched a movie on the tv, it had lots of channels!!!
i noticed a tiny stain on one of the towels.

Excellent stay, AMAZING beach!
complete set decent ingredient great selection amazing location
The room offered daily replacements of towels, slippers, and a complete bathroom set. Toothbrush, toothpaste, and even cotton buds were all provided. two bottles of water arrived daily, nice. Breakfast had a great selection, the ingredients seemed of decent quality, and the service was great. The location is fantastic. I walked to the main center in about 10 minutes, and it was quieter.
I found the furniture somewhat old, affecting the overall experience slightly.

The hotel sits directly on the beach with very fine sand and calm waters. Tides hardly affect swimming here, unlike other areas. Many sun loungers with umbrellas are available for all guests. It's ideal for a relaxing beach day.

The staff were Very nice and very friendly. They were helpful during my entire stay. The hotel provides beach towels, so I didn't have to pack my own. I greatly appreciated their attentiveness.

The room was spacious and included all the listed amenities. The bathroom was lovely. I appreciated the shower, especially because of the water pressure. Everything was clean and well-kept thanks to the daily cleaning service.

beach location good breakfast great value rude receptionist water confusion unhelpful staff
the location was great for walking. i was right on the beach. the breakfast had good options. i seemed like it was excellent value.
the rude lady worked at reception. she was unhelpful. there was two different types of waters in the room, glass bottles and cheap plastic ones. i thought the plastic waters were free. at check out, they wanted us to pay more. it was confusing.

Acceptable but Flawed
constant traffic confusing water bottles
The air conditioning worked well, honestly the best part.
I found the 'superior double room' to be quite noisy because of its proximity to the road. The traffic was constant, so even earplugs did not offer much relief. the cheap plastic water bottles in the fridge actually cost money. The more expensive glass bottles were free, a confusing and annoying trick.

The air conditioning worked effectively, ensuring a comfortable room temperature. Beds were comfy. Blackout curtains kept the room dark, beneficial for sleep. I appreciated the generous bathroom size and its practical design .
I did notice noise from the road affecting superior double rooms. Request a balcony room to avoid traffic sounds. This disturbance impacted the overall experience. I found it hard to sleep properly
